Well, digital innovation, you know, has to be considered the key component to patient engagement. The ability to deliver to a user an experience that motivates, that educates, that supports, and ultimately allows them to live healthier lives - I think is key.

And that's where innovation comes in. I think what's amazing, when you think about it, in the consumer world, we've had those benefits or realize those benefits of digital innovation. Whether it's having my mobile device, allowing me to order food or a sandwich, to making my travel reservations, to paying for service in a contact or touchless way.

But healthcare has fallen behind that, and I think patient engagement is going to benefit by this digital innovation. Where now, we’ll introduce the same concept, the ability to tap into information, the ability to have curbside access to, say, my pharmacy, where I don't need to go into the store. So I think innovation is really going to be key.

And I think people are expecting it now. I think after COVID, people want to see new ways that they can access care and they can access or be better engaged. And I think digital innovation will be a really key component of that.
