Change for Good Hackathon | Mobiquity Selected to Participate

At Mobiquity, we’re all about improving the lives of others through digital innovation. So when we got the opportunity to do just that at Cannes Lions - the world’s biggest festival for creativity - we couldn’t wait to share the news.

We’re proud to announce that five of our very own were selected to participate in the “Change For Good” hackathon hosted by our friends at Amazon and AWS along with Huge and advocacy platform Global Citizen. During the hackathon, teams will imagine and build solutions that change the world for the better. In doing so, they’ll work to further six impactful Global Citizen Campaigns: No Poverty, Food & Hunger, Health, Education, Gender Equality, and Clean Water & Sanitation.

Our (soon-to-be) winning team combines the creative talent of Lionell Schuring with the AWS and Alexa expertise of Darwesh Yadav, Salvatore la Fiura, and Lynn Slooten. Adding in the development strength of Robin Bezuijen, we know our team will envision and deliver an effortless experience that truly makes a difference.

The hackathon will take place on the 19th and 20th of June, so check back then to find out how we did. You can also follow along on Instagram for a behind the scenes look into the event.
